Terms of service

The sale of travel arrangements and services through our online platform Montenegro Globe is carried out as part of the registered activity of the company Montenegro Globe D.O.O., with headquarters at Zlatne Njive 15, Kotor 85330, Montenegro, registration number 50964590.

The services offered through this website (tourist tours, excursions and accompanying content) have the properties required for their regular use in accordance with their purpose, as defined in the description of each individual offer. The conformity of the service with the contract is determined exclusively according to the description, content and conditions of the specific tour or arrangement published on the website.

The price of each service is clearly indicated with each individual offer. The possibility of booking services with special price benefits or promotional actions (promotional offers) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website.

We strive to be as precise as possible in the description of services, display of photos and definition of prices, but we cannot guarantee that all information is completely up-to-date and error-free at all times. The photos are illustrative and may not fully correspond to the actual appearance of the locations or services. All offers displayed on the site are part of our current offer and do not imply their availability at all times.

 

Reservation of services

After the reservation has been made, you will be informed about the status of your reservation via the email address you provided during the reservation process. The reservation is considered accepted by the company Montenegro Globe Doo only after we send you a confirmation of its acceptance via email.

 

Prices and currency

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).

Reserved services (tourist tours, excursions and accompanying contents) are not subject to physical delivery via courier services. After confirming the reservation, the user receives all relevant information by email, including details about the tour, departure location, time of realization and any additional instructions.

If the reserved service consists of several segments (eg combined tours or additional options), the company reserves the right to organize the realization of those segments in accordance with availability and operating conditions. The aforementioned will not cause additional costs for the user, unless otherwise indicated during the reservation.

 

Payment methods

Payment for services through our online platform can be made with payment cards (VISA, Maestro and MasterCard) that support online payment. Card payments are realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and CKB bank, through a secure and certified payment gateway system, by simply entering data from the payment card.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, whereby the reservation is considered confirmed and enters further processing.

The amount may be temporarily reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes until the final confirmation of the transaction. The transaction is finalized, i.e. the amount is charged, in accordance with the conditions of the specific tour or service, which can be immediately upon confirmation of the reservation or at another clearly indicated time.

In case the payment is not realized or the authorization is not successful, the reservation will not be confirmed and will be considered invalid.

Please check with the bank that issued your card whether it supports online payments.

 

Card data protection

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information is never available to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants who use the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees the security of purchases to customers. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of such data.

 

Refund

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively via the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at our request.

 

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in Euros (€). If the payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the local currency of the card user, according to the exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard card companies.

 

Card registration

When the customer's card data is TOKENIZED (saved in a certified manner for later use), at his request or by the merchant's decision, that data is stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1 certified servers. Card data thus tokenized are transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner. At no time does the merchant have access to the data on the card number and other sensitive data, but receives a reference number (token) that only he can use in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The customer has the option of deregistering a previously registered card, as well as changing the details of a previously tokenized card.

 

Complaint procedure

The services offered through our online platform (tourist tours, excursions and accompanying contents) are implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and quality standards in the field of tourism.

In case you have objections to the quality of the service provided, the company Montenegro Globe Doo will act in accordance with the legally prescribed obligations and business rules, as well as in accordance with the conditions defined for a specific tour or service.

The complaint procedure is initiated at the user's request. If you want to file a complaint, you need to contact us via the email address info@montenegroglobe.com or phone +382 68 621 488, after which we will direct you to the further procedure or provide you with the appropriate complaint form (if applicable).

The company Montenegro Globe Doo is not responsible for incorrectly entered data by the user during the reservation, as well as for wrongly selected services. In case of technical problems during the reservation or if you have not received a confirmation of the reservation, please contact our customer service via the specified contact details so that we can eliminate any irregularities.

If the provided service is not implemented in accordance with the description or the agreed conditions, the user has the right to submit a complaint, which will be considered as soon as possible, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Booking tourist tours and services through the Montenegro Globe website is simple and fast. All steps of the booking process are described below:

  1. Tour selection - On the site you can browse available tourist tours, excursions and activities. Each offer contains a detailed description, duration, price, departure location and additional information.
  2. On the tour details page, fill out the short form and click the reservation button.
  3. Reservation - you fill in the form with your data and confirm by clicking the Confirm and reserve button.
  4. On the next page you can see a summary of your reservation. You choose the payment method and click the Book button.
  5. You arrive at a page that confirms your reservation or displays an error.
