4. Prices

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel their reservation by contacting Montenegro Globe via email or phone.
Boat Tours, Excursions and Activities

More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund.

24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund.
No-Show
Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Montenegro Globe
If Montenegro Globe cancels a service due to:

Safety concerns;

Force majeure circumstances;
customers will be offered either:

A full refund; or

Rescheduling to another available date.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refund processing time depends on the customer's bank and card issuer and may take between 5 and 14 business days.
